Cancellations Policy

While our commitment is to provide you with top-notch cleaning services, we understand that there might be times when you need to make changes to your appointment. To ensure a seamless experience for both you and our team, we've established a straightforward cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Cancellation within 24 Hours:
If you need to cancel your scheduled cleaning within 24 hours of the service, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the cleaning will apply. However, if you choose to reschedule the cleaning, the 50% cancellation fee will be applied as a credit toward your new booking.
Rescheduling:
You have the option to reschedule your cleaning at no extra charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Company-Initiated Rescheduling:
In the rare event that T-BACH has to reschedule your cleaning within 24 hours of the service, you have two options:
● We will provide you with a 100% refund.
● If you prefer to reschedule, we will refund 50% of the service fee.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at 800-233-0071 as soon as possible. We kindly request that you provide at least 48-72 hours notice when rescheduling or canceling, as this allows us to optimize our scheduling and accommodate other clients.
